David Leishman vs Nathan Cart

Boxing Daily Report from the Apple Pie Boxing promoted show at Genting Arena, Birmingham,  taking place on 02/10/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are David Off The Leishman (27(18) - 2(2)) who hails from Stoke, UK and Nathan Cart(16 - 0 - 1) from London, UK.  Both Leishman and Cart weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is William McCorkel, and the three ringside judges are Aftab Bilal, Stuart McCormick and Robert Dempster.  

Round 1: 

Leishman sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.

Cart walks Leishman onto the ropes.  Leishman lands a right uppercut, jab and a cross to his opponents head, AND SENDS CART TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  Cart recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
