Brett Slane vs Robert Owen

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at The Sugar Mill, New Orleans,  taking place on 31/10/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Brett Slane (2 - 0) who hails from Detroit, USA and Robert Owen(0 - 2 - 2) from Provo, USA.  Both Slane and Owen weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian de Vigny, and the three ringside judges are Arthur Dougal, Ian de Vigny and Joseph Valentine.  

Round 1: 

Owen gets on the inside.  Slane throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Slane ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks Slane's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Slane is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Owen steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Slane lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.
