Antwan Ruan vs Sam Clark

Boxing Daily Report from the Jon Crosby promoted show at Olympic Park Sports Centre, Sydney,  taking place on 27/09/2037:

Clearly Jon Crosby have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Antwan Ruan (6(1) - 0) who hails from Perth, Australia and Sam Clark(22 - 15(2) - 6) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Ruan and Clark weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kai Hanigan, and the three ringside judges are Ian MacKellar, Lewis MacConnell and Mark MacFarland.  

Round 1: 

Ruan gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Ruan is looking to close the distance.  Clark throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Ruan clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Ruan pushes his forearm into Clark's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ruan about fouling.

Clark tries to step out of his opponents range.  Ruan attempts to land a cross, but Clark blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Ruan walks Clark onto the ropes.  Ruan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Ruan lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Ruan lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Ruan advances into close range and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Clark hits home with a right hook.  
Ruan steps inside.  Ruan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Clark's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Clark's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Clark's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
