Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Nuevo Leon promoted show at Edmundo Aja Gym, Monterrey,  taking place on 16/09/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Nuevo Leon Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Rangel (14 - 1(1)) who hails from Guadalupe, Mexico and Ovidio Lira(13 - 13(1) - 4) from Guadalupe, Mexico.  Both Rangel and Lira weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vegas Sanchez, and the three ringside judges are Juan Velasquez, Santiago Fuertes and Miguel Nazario.
