Vidal Melendez vs Quintavius Ampomah

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Claude Robillard Centre, Montreal,  taking place on 19/09/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the WRBA Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vidal Melendez (21(11) - 2) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Quintavius Ampomah(23(16) - 11(8)) from Pretoria, South Africa.  Both Melendez and Ampomah weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Destin Dauphin, and the three ringside judges are Carvell Brame, Aramis Duvauchelle and Bruce Hathorne.
