Mitsuru Yamada vs Jiro Sugimoto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Miyagi promoted show at Jiro Takaki Gym, Sendai,  taking place on 28/08/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Miyagi Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mitsuru Yamada (5 - 27 - 2) who hails from Sendai, Japan and Jiro Sugimoto(1 - 15) from Sendai, Japan.  Yamada weighed in at 118 pounds, while Sugimoto weighed in at 117 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Satoru Oyama, and the three ringside judges are Mitsuru Asano, Ryuu Yamaguchi and Satoshi Matsui.

Yamada is looking to keep his distance.  Sugimoto tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.
