Brett Rattray vs John Appleby

Boxing Daily Report from the The wright promotion promoted show at Club Famous, Kingston,  taking place on 23/09/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SportsMax, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brett Rattray (4(3) - 0) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and John Appleby(4 - 11(2) - 4) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Rattray weighed in at 139 pounds And 13 ounces, while Appleby weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harvey Dennie, and the three ringside judges are Bob Witherow, Matthew Christopher and Robert Harper.  

Round 1: 

Appleby sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Rattray lands a cross.

The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Rattray throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Rattray gets on the inside and digs in a stinging right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  IT LOOKS LIKE APPLEBY WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Rattray lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head, KNOCKING APPLEBY DOWN!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Rattray!
