Alejandro Claudio vs Alejandro Mejias

Boxing Daily Report from the Sianga Promotions promoted show at Jeraldo De la Fuente Gym, Cali,  taking place on 22/08/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia-Valle del Cauca Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Claudio (8 - 11(1) - 1) who hails from Cali, Colombia and Alejandro Mejias(9 - 9 - 4) from Cali, Colombia.  Claudio weighed in at 126 pounds and 8 ounces, while Mejias weighed in at 126 pounds.    As Claudio came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Diaz, and the three ringside judges are Antonio Villescas, Miguel Luz and Fraco Barcelona.

Mejias advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Claudio on the ropes.  Mejias lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.
