Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Bob Martinez Sports Center, Tampa,  taking place on 29/08/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Ulises Perdomo (11(9) - 0) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Harvey Wann(27 - 13(5) - 2) from San Jose, USA.  Both Perdomo and Wann weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Scott Gemmell, and the three ringside judges are Charles Griffiths, James Villasana and Daniel Ruthven.  

Round 1: 

Perdomo digs in a firm right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Perdomo closes the distance and digs in a stinging right uppercut to Wann's body.  Perdomo clinches his opponent.  Perdomo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Perdomo's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Perdomo gets on the inside and drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  Perdomo clinches his opponent.  Perdomo pushes his forearm into Wann's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Perdomo about fouling.  
Wann pivots from in front of his opponent.  Perdomo lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.

Perdomo pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Wann recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Perdomo gets on the inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Wann throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Perdomo gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.

He follows up the attack and lands a cross to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the body, AND DROPS WANN!  He manages to get up at 6.  Wann now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Wann's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Wann's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Wann's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Perdomo holds on to his opponent.  Perdomo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Perdomo to stop fouling.  Wann quickly recovers. 
Wann tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Perdomo steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Perdomo ties up his opponent.  Perdomo is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Perdomo to stop holding.  
Perdomo is on target with a right hook to Wann's ribcage.  
Wann is on target with a left uppercut.  
Perdomo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a MASSIVE cross.  WANN IS HURT!  
Perdomo senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Perdomo is on target with a spiteful left uppercut.  WANN IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Perdomo!
