Gus Anderson vs Leighton Fall

Boxing Daily Report from the Raven Promotions promoted show at Nashville Borland, Nashville,  taking place on 06/08/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Tennessee Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gus Anderson (10 - 16 - 7) who hails from Nashville, USA and Leighton Fall(6 - 12 - 1) from Memphis, USA.  Both Anderson and Fall weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dennis McKenzie, and the three ringside judges are Chris Rufino, Billy Dey and Paul Cruikshank.  

Round 1: 

Fall advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.  
Fall steps inside and tries to land a right hook, but Anderson slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Anderson connects with a left hook.  
Anderson throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Fall gets on the inside.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Fall dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Fall.  That has caused a cut in the corner of the right eye.  .  
Anderson switches the action to the outside and hits home with an overhand right.  
Anderson steps to the outside and throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Anderson tries to step out of his opponents range.  Fall attempts to land a cross, but Anderson sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Fall closes the distance.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Anderson has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
