Mikhail Markin vs Fedar Kushnir

Boxing Daily Report from the Mensah Promotions promoted show at Donetsk Bilyk, Donetsk,  taking place on 03/08/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine-Donetsk Oblast Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mikhail Markin (9(7) - 0) who hails from Makiivka, Ukraine and Fedar Kushnir(5 - 10 - 1) from Donetsk, Ukraine.  Markin weighed in at 240 pounds and 9 ounces, while Kushnir weighed in at 248 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Faddei Bazan, and the three ringside judges are Faddei Babyak, Afon Danko and Faddei Orel.

Kushnir throws a left hook, but Markin ties up his opponent.  Markin leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Markin pushes his forearm into Kushnir's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Markin tries to step out of his opponents range.  Markin feints a right, and then lands a hurtful cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE KUSHNIR WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Kushnir almost instantly gets his legs back.
