Marlen Kovalik vs Kir Prokop

Boxing Daily Report from the Dotse Promotions promoted show at Marlen Zaleski Gym, Perm,  taking place on 02/08/2037:

Clearly Dotse Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Perm Krai Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marlen Kovalik (6 - 10(1)) who hails from Perm, Russia and Kir Prokop(4 - 18 - 5) from Perm, Russia.  Both Kovalik and Prokop weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Borya Lobanov, and the three ringside judges are Fedar Polsky, Melor Voronin and Ivan Obolensky.  

Round 1: 

Prokop waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Kovalik hits home with an overhand right.
