Michael Cowper vs Mark Kernell

Boxing Daily Report from the James Saint-Claire promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 01/08/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Australia-Queensland Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael The Marble Cutter Cowper (24(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Mark Kernell(1 - 3 - 1) from Cairns, Australia.  Cowper weighed in at 104 pounds and 15 ounces, while Kernell weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Corrie, and the three ringside judges are Johnny Deasmhumhain, Ewan Duffy and Jordan Traill.
