Azam Majid vs Bob Valentine

Boxing Daily Report from the Ravens promoted show at San Antonio Hailes, San Antonio,  taking place on 18/07/2037:

Clearly Ravens have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Texas Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Azam Majid (19 - 25(2) - 8) who hails from Austin, USA and Bob Valentine(12 - 13 - 4) from El Paso, USA.  Majid weighed in at 159 pounds and 6 ounces, while Valentine weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Mings, and the three ringside judges are Harry Carmicheal, James Kinman and Joel Abraham.  

Round 1: 

Majid steps to the outside and lands a jab.  Majid attempts to land a jab, but Valentine blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to Majid's body.  
Valentine steps inside.  Majid connects with a right hook.  
Valentine is looking to close the distance.  Majid connects with a left hook.  
Valentine walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Majid goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Valentine's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Majid lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Valentine is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Valentine sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Majid is on target with a right hook to Valentine's ribcage.  
Valentine steps inside.  Majid hits home with a right hook.

Valentine advances into close range and tries to land a right uppercut, but Majid sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Valentine is looking to close the distance and walks Majid down, trapping him on the ropes.  As Valentine tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Majid dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Majid.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Valentine quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Valentine gets on the inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Valentine attempts to land a cross, but Majid sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Majid switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a jab.
