Kenzie Calpin vs Justin Prentice

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UK-Central England promoted show at Manchester MacNevin, Manchester,  taking place on 19/07/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Central England Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kenzie Calpin (16(6) - 1) who hails from Manchester, UK and Justin Prentice(6 - 6 - 1) from Birmingham, UK.  Both Calpin and Prentice weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Deri Hare, and the three ringside judges are Ian Sheridan, Chris MacGibbon and Matt McFee.  

Round 1: 

Calpin steps to the outside and finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Calpin hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Prentice gets on the inside.  Calpin lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Calpin steps away from his opponent and strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Calpin feints a left hook, and then lands a jab.  
Calpin lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Calpin lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Prentice advances into close range.  Calpin connects with a left hook.  Calpin ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Calpin pushes his forearm into Prentice's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Calpin.  
Calpin pivots from in front of his opponent.  Calpin throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Calpin ties up his opponent.  Calpin is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Calpin is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.  
Calpin drives a cross into Prentice's body.  
Calpin lands a sharp jab.  
Calpin lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Calpin tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Calpin stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Calpin lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head, AND DROPS PRENTICE TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 7.  Prentice now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Calpin hits home with a solid jab.  
Calpin is on target with an overhand right.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Prentice's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Prentice's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Prentice steps inside.  Calpin pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Calpin pivots from in front of his opponent.  Calpin lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Calpin clinches his opponent.  Calpin leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Prentice quickly recovers. 
Prentice is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Calpin lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Calpin lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Calpin steps to the outside and lands with a solid jab.  
Calpin lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Prentice steps inside.  Calpin pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Prentice quickly recovers.

Calpin contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Prentice throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Calpin waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Prentice digs in a left hook to Calpin's liver.  Prentice tries to land a right hook, but Calpin sidesteps and counters with a firm left hook.  
Prentice gets on the inside.  Calpin digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Prentice closes the distance.  Calpin pivots to the right of his opponent.  Calpin throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Calpin clinches his opponent.  Calpin is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Prentice steps inside.  Calpin lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Calpin lands a right hook to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.

The winner by KO is Calpin!
