Elias Febo vs Xavier Arellano

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Bolivia-La Paz promoted show at El Alto Anguiano, El Alto,  taking place on 20/07/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Bolivia-La Paz Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Tigo Bolivia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elias Febo (4 - 5 - 4) who hails from El Alto, Bolivia and Xavier Arellano(14(5) - 2(1)) from El Alto, Bolivia.  Febo weighed in at 168 pounds, while Arellano weighed in at 167 pounds And 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Francisco Quintanar, and the three ringside judges are Quito Merlo, Francisco Tomey and Pablo Amador.
