Viktor Torgovanov vs Shin Inouye

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Shizuoka promoted show at Granship Conference Hall "Winds", Shizuoka,  taking place on 21/07/2037:

Clearly AI Japan-Shizuoka have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Viktor Torgovanov (25(23) - 0) who hails from Angarsk, Russia and Shin Inouye(0 - 1 - 1) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Torgovanov and Inouye weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fumio Hiraoka, and the three ringside judges are Aoi Takagi, Hisao Onishi and Aki Ogata.
