Nwa Kiuna vs Mark Bitok

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Ibrahim Arafat Gym, Kisumu,  taking place on 12/07/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya-Kisumu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nwa Kiuna (8 - 5 - 1) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Mark Bitok(7 - 9 - 5) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Kiuna and Bitok weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Peter Kirui, and the three ringside judges are Kendis Rimbui, Arthur Wacera and Udenwa Lalang.  

Round 1: 

Kiuna steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Bitok accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Kiuna.  
Bitok throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Bitok sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a left hook to Kiuna's body.
