David Kavanah vs Matt Ballan

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at House of Blues, Boston,  taking place on 25/07/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Mid Atlantic Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Kavanah (20(3) - 2) who hails from Boston, USA and Matt Ballan(18(7) - 3 - 1) from Newark, USA.  Both Kavanah and Ballan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hugh Hier, and the three ringside judges are Richie MacIsaac, Nathan Burt and Arnie Sherriff.
