Dave Pattison vs Juan Miguel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-California promoted show at Bakersfield Givan, Bakersfield,  taking place on 03/07/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-California Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Pattison (18 - 15(1) - 4) who hails from Los Angeles, USA and Juan Miguel(30(3) - 18(10) - 2) from Long Beach, USA.  Pattison weighed in at 141 pounds, while Miguel weighed in at 140 pounds.    As Pattison came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is John Dickie, and the three ringside judges are Noah Denoon, James Keay and Obaid Abdelnour.  

Round 1: 

Miguel advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.
