Ulises Simeon vs Franco Bedoya

Boxing Daily Report from the Boakye Promotions promoted show at Lisandro Savala Gym, Alcala de Henares,  taking place on 03/07/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain-Comunidad de Madrid Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ulises Simeon (12 - 11(1) - 6) who hails from Madrid, Spain and Franco Bedoya(4 - 10 - 2) from Madrid, Spain.  Both Simeon and Bedoya weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rico Escobar, and the three ringside judges are Paco Castilleja, Xaver Lasso and Gabriel Farias.  

Round 1: 

Bedoya lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Simeon closes the distance and lands a left uppercut.
