Ioakim Shchegolikhin vs Kir Tsibuinikov

Boxing Daily Report from the Rabiu Promotions promoted show at Biysk Rodin, Biysk,  taking place on 01/07/2037:

Clearly Rabiu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Altai Krai Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ioakim Shchegolikhin (11 - 15(1) - 3) who hails from Barnaul, Russia and Kir Tsibuinikov(6 - 8(2) - 1) from Barnaul, Russia.  Shchegolikhin weighed in at 200 pounds and 9 ounces, while Tsibuinikov weighed in at 199 pounds and 14 ounces.    As Shchegolikhin came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Boris Melnikoff, and the three ringside judges are Arseni Ryzhikov, Vasili Lazko and Koldan Osipov.
