Chris Clugston vs Chris Quier

Boxing Daily Report from the Numb Nation promoted show at New Haven Acker, New Haven,  taking place on 26/06/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Connecticut Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Clugston (33 - 5(2) - 3) who hails from New Haven, USA and Chris Quier(19(11) - 2) from Bridgeport, USA.  Clugston weighed in at 200 pounds, while Quier weighed in at 199 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ethan Boliver, and the three ringside judges are Richard Cowans, Dominic Kerr and Peter Snape.  

Round 1: 

Quier manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Quier digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Quier tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Quier lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Quier holds on to his opponent.  Quier leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Quier's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Clugston is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Quier advances into close range and drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  
Clugston is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a sharp cross.  
Quier lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.
