Dan Nicholson vs Phil Down

Boxing Daily Report from the Numb Nation promoted show at Circle Hotel, Bridgeport,  taking place on 30/06/2037:

Clearly Numb Nation have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Connecticut Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dan Nicholson (15(6) - 7(1)) who hails from Hartford, USA and Phil Down(6 - 1) from Bridgeport, USA.  Nicholson weighed in at 129 pounds and 5 ounces, while Down weighed in at 129 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jack Blaney, and the three ringside judges are Michael Shanks, James Waterston and Peter Liddell.
