Noel Belgard vs Georges Decoux

Boxing Daily Report from the Phaahla Promotions promoted show at Paris Beaumier, Paris,  taking place on 24/06/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Ile-de-France Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noel Belgard (18 - 12(4) - 1) who hails from Paris, France and Georges Decoux(5 - 7) from Paris, France.  Both Belgard and Decoux weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chivalry Diaby, and the three ringside judges are Thibaud Lippmann, Phillippe Orleans and Tugdual Duchesnay.
