Yong Cong vs Chen Huo

Boxing Daily Report from the Chinese Boxing Federation promoted show at Wen Tsay Gym, Shanghai,  taking place on 18/06/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Shanghai Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yong Cong (2 - 6) who hails from Shanghai, China and Chen Huo(12 - 15(1) - 8) from Shanghai, China.  Cong weighed in at 153 pounds and 9 ounces, while Huo weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lee Tie, and the three ringside judges are Qing-Nan Soo, Li-Liang Tang and Zhu Yeoh.  

Round 1: 

Huo is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Cong lands a jab to the body followed by a overhand right to the head.  
Huo tries to keep the action at long range and finds the target with a jab.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Cong dabs at his face checking for damage.  Cong has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused bad swelling  around the right eye.  
Cong steps to the outside.  Cong contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Huo tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.
