John Dallis vs Richie Tennent

Boxing Daily Report from the Bhengu Promotions promoted show at Lexington Mahaffy, Lexington,  taking place on 04/06/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Kentucky Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Dallis (24 - 13(3) - 2) who hails from Louisville, USA and Richie Tennent(31(28) - 9(7)) from Louisville, USA.  Both Dallis and Tennent weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Wayne Roberton, and the three ringside judges are Euan Slone, John Erskin and Mark Malis.  

Round 1: 

Tennent is looking to close the distance and drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.  
Dallis quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Dallis throws a left hook, but Tennent ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Dallis pushes his forearm into Tennent's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Tennent contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Dallis is on target with an overhand right.  
Tennent steps inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Dallis quickly recovers.

Dallis leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Tennent is whaling away with hooks, but Dallis keeps his defence tight.  Tennent is on target with a firm right hook to Dallis's body.

Tennent steps inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Tennent clinches his opponent.  Tennent is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Tennent about fouling.

Dallis is looking to keep his distance.  Tennent sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Tennent whips in a nasty right uppercut to his opponents body.  DALLIS IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Tennent lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body, AND DROPS DALLIS TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Tennent!
