Edmundo Alaniz vs Vicente Danon

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Arena El Jefe, Monterrey,  taking place on 05/06/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Edmundo Alaniz (24 - 32(23) - 1) who hails from Mexicali, Mexico and Vicente Danon(12(1) - 0) from Ecatepec, Mexico.  Both Alaniz and Danon weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ryo Capellan, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Rochel, Baltasar Salome and Neper Bea.
