Charles Sim vs Chris Kennon

Boxing Daily Report from the Awere Promotions promoted show at Michael Twaddell Gym, Lexington,  taking place on 04/05/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Kentucky Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Charles Sim (12 - 21 - 2) who hails from Louisville, USA and Chris Kennon(7 - 9 - 1) from Lexington, USA.  Both Sim and Kennon weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Coppin, and the three ringside judges are Roger Crombie, Euan Slone and Patrick Carnegie.  

Round 1: 

Sim sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kennon attempts to land a left uppercut, but Sim sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kennon lands a jab.  
Sim is looking to keep the action on the outside and strikes his opponents body with a cross.
