Jasper Nicoll vs Denis Darrieux

Boxing Daily Report from the Basemera Promotions promoted show at Telo Latham Gym, Montreal,  taking place on 19/04/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-Quebec Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jasper Nicoll (9 - 9(3) - 3) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Denis Darrieux(15(8) - 2) from Lonueuil, Canada.  Both Nicoll and Darrieux weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Prewitt Gedeon, and the three ringside judges are Sinjon Bellanger, Neville Bazil and Sid Leys.  

Round 1: 

Darrieux closes the distance and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.
