Hugh Southerland vs Jay Perrault

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Smart Arenata Coliseum, Quezon City,  taking place on 23/03/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a tournament fight from WRBO Welterweight Ranking Tournament 2036.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ABS Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hugh Southerland (26(22) - 0) who hails from Rochester, USA and Jay Perrault(20 - 4 - 4) from Paris, France.  Southerland weighed in at 146 pounds And 12 ounces, while Perrault weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jair Suba, and the three ringside judges are Isidro Macablo, Macario Acebo and Sam Tulio.
