Adnan Najor vs Corey Shanklin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Smart Arenata Coliseum, Quezon City,  taking place on 23/03/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a tournament fight from WRBO Welterweight Ranking Tournament 2036.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ABS Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Adnan Najor (19(16) - 1) who hails from Irbid, Jordan and Corey Shanklin(27 - 16(1) - 2) from New York City, USA.  Both Najor and Shanklin weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jair Suba, and the three ringside judges are Macario Acebo, Isidro Macablo and Sam Tulio.  

Round 1: 

Najor lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND SENDS SHANKLIN SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Shanklin has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Shanklin walks Najor onto the ropes.  Shanklin tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a big right hook.  SHANKLIN IS HURT!  
Najor steps away from his opponent.  Najor is looking to force the stoppage!  Najor lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES SHANKLIN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Najor!
