Ellis Meredith vs Mason Nivens

Boxing Daily Report from the True North promoted show at Surrey Erving, Surrey,  taking place on 17/02/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ellis Meredith (6 - 7 - 7) who hails from Surrey, Canada and Mason Nivens(11 - 2) from Vancouver, Canada.  Both Meredith and Nivens weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jacob Peairs, and the three ringside judges are Sam Mortimer, James Wark and Mark Jones.
