Mel Boureanu vs Mahdi Ndhlema

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zambia-Copperbelt promoted show at Lisimba Kalabula Gym, Ndola,  taking place on 07/01/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zambia-Copperbelt Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mel Boureanu (3 - 7(1) - 2) who hails from Kitwe, Zambia and Mahdi Ndhlema(7 - 9(2) - 5) from Kitwe, Zambia.  Boureanu weighed in at 147 pounds, while Ndhlema weighed in at 147 pounds and 15 ounces.    As Ndhlema came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Kwamin Ilunga, and the three ringside judges are Vashon Kamanga, Oringo Namomba and Udenwa Chizyuka.
