Othomann Gerwig vs Manfred Meints

Boxing Daily Report from the Slade Promotions promoted show at Adlar Kalthoff Gym, Freiburg,  taking place on 22/10/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Baden-Wurttemberg Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Othomann Gerwig (16 - 14(2) - 1) who hails from Stuttgart, Germany and Manfred Meints(15 - 13(1) - 2) from Mannheim, Germany.  Gerwig weighed in at 126 pounds, while Meints weighed in at 125 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Berty Henck, and the three ringside judges are Wilmot Pieters, Arick Strebe and Steiner Pfarr.
