Boxing Daily Report from the AI Morocco-Tanger-Tetouan promoted show at American University of Tangier, Tangier,  taking place on 06/10/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Northern African Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SNRT, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are El Houari Jebbour (26(1) - 20(2)) who hails from Tetouan, Morocco and Tariq Marzouk(21(19) - 5(1) - 1) from Shubra El-Kheima, Egypt.  Both Jebbour and Marzouk weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dirar Sheetrit, and the three ringside judges are Dirar Sheetrit, Dulamah Toudali and Amaniyy Bedel.  

Round 1: 

Marzouk lands with a stinging jab.  Marzouk attempts to land a cross, but Jebbour sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Marzouk steps inside and is on target with a stinging right hook.  
Marzouk cuts off the ring, trapping Jebbour on the ropes.  Marzouk attempts to land a right hook, but Jebbour slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Marzouk lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Marzouk advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Marzouk is on target with a solid left hook.  
Marzouk lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Marzouk closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  Marzouk ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Marzouk pushes his forearm into Jebbour's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Marzouk to stop fouling.

Marzouk gets on the inside.  Marzouk sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Marzouk cuts off the ring, trapping Jebbour on the ropes.  Marzouk lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Jebbour quickly recovers. 
Marzouk throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Marzouk clinches his opponent.  Jebbour is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Jebbour about fouling.  
Marzouk lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Marzouk holds on to his opponent.  Marzouk leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Marzouk sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Marzouk is on target with a hurtful cross.  JEBBOUR HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Jebbour now seems to have got his legs back.  
Marzouk closes the distance and connects with a left hook.

Marzouk is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right hook to Jebbour's ribs.
