Seymour Loum vs Chigozie Lipede

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Dakar Arena, Dakar,  taking place on 11/10/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Western African Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Seymour Loum (29(15) - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Chigozie Lipede(37(1) - 6(3)) from Osogbo, Nigeria.  Both Loum and Lipede weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Boyce Perec, and the three ringside judges are Dominique Le Roy Ladurie, Landry de la Bretonne and Valentin Gasson.
