Juan Basco vs Jerrold Fleitas

Boxing Daily Report from the Sucre Promotions promoted show at Centro Deportivo Metropolitano I�aquito, Quito,  taking place on 11/10/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Pichincha Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Basco (9(2) - 2) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Jerrold Fleitas(19 - 6 - 5) from Quito, Ecuador.  Basco weighed in at 146 pounds And 14 ounces, while Fleitas weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hernan Alameda, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Rolon, Cortez Laverde and Eloy Quesada.  

Round 1: 

Basco advances into close range and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Fleitas throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Basco gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Basco throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Basco quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a sharp right hook.  
Basco walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Basco lands a solid left hook.  
Basco gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.
