Nicandro Caragay vs Cody Tapuro

Boxing Daily Report from the Asian Boxing promoted show at Batangas City Caccam, Batangas City,  taking place on 29/09/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nicandro Caragay (11(7) - 0) who hails from Manila, Philippines and Cody Tapuro(2 - 3(1) - 1) from Cabuyao, Philippines.  Caragay weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces, while Tapuro weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Manny Orayani, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Alinsangan, Jose Macatunao and Guillermo Langkin.  

Round 1: 

Caragay is on target with a solid right hook.

That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Tapuro.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
