Santiago Escandon vs Federico Cerrito

Boxing Daily Report from the Nabagesera Promotions promoted show at Mendoza Olivares, Mendoza,  taking place on 15/09/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Argentina-Mendoza Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Escandon (19 - 9(1) - 3) who hails from Mendoza, Argentina and Federico Cerrito(3 - 3) from Mendoza, Argentina.  Both Escandon and Cerrito weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alfonso Malle, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Morro, Angel Jiron and Xalvador Pilar.  

Round 1: 

Cerrito manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Escandon throws a left uppercut, but Cerrito clinches his opponent.  Cerrito is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Escandon throws a left hook, but Cerrito clinches his opponent.  Cerrito hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Escandon lands a jab.  
Cerrito lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Cerrito ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Cerrito pushes his forearm into Escandon's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Cerrito.  
Cerrito walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Cerrito is on target with a left uppercut.  
Cerrito lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Cerrito is on target with a right hook to Escandon's body.  
Cerrito drives a right uppercut into his opponents body.

Cerrito lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.

Cerrito pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a solid right hook to Escandon's ribs.  
Cerrito lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Escandon is looking to keep the action on the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Cerrito sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Escandon is on target with a cross.

Escandon steps away from his opponent and connects with a cross.

Escandon tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross.  
Cerrito steps inside and digs in a firm right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Escandon finds the target with a jab.
