Jamie Cattell vs Lewis Tennant

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Broadbent Arena, Louisville,  taking place on 13/09/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Jamie Cattell (3 - 0) who hails from Anchorage, USA and Lewis Tennant(3 - 0) from Syracuse, USA.  Both Cattell and Tennant weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Malis, and the three ringside judges are Matthew Hatt, Michael Harkins and Wayne Roberton.  

Round 1: 

Cattell advances into close range and throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Cattell holds on to his opponent.  Cattell pushes his forearm into Tennant's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Cattell about fouling.  
Cattell drives a solid left hook into Tennant's body.  
Cattell lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Cattell lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Cattell clinches his opponent.  Cattell tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Tennant behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Cattell about fouling.  
Cattell lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Cattell drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Cattell digs in a stinging left hook to Tennant's body.  Cattell throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Cattell lands a right hook.  
Tennant throws a left hook, but Cattell holds on to his opponent.  Cattell throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Cattell to stop fouling.  
Cattell sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Cattell lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Cattell lands a sharp left hook.  
Cattell tries to land a left hook, but Tennant dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Tennant sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Tennant attempts to land a jab, but Cattell dodges the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Tennant switches the action to the outside.  Cattell sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Cattell throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Cattell drives a sharp left uppercut into Tennant's body.  
Cattell lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Cattell lands a right uppercut.  Cattell ties up his opponent.  Cattell leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Tennant's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Tennant's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Round 2: 

Tennant attempts to land a right hook, but Cattell slips the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Cattell lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Cattell lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Cattell is on target with a right hook to Tennant's body.  Cattell holds on to his opponent.  Cattell leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Cattell drives a right hook into Tennant's ribs.  As Cattell tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Tennant dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Cattell lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Tennant is looking to keep his distance.  Cattell feints a jab, tricking Tennant into launching a right uppercut counter.  Cattell springs the trap and counters with  a right uppercut.  
Cattell closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND TENNANT IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Tennant almost instantly recovers. 
Cattell lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Cattell walks Tennant into a corner.  Cattell lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Cattell holds on to his opponent.  Cattell throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Cattell.  
Cattell lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Cattell hits home with a firm right uppercut.  
Cattell digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  As Tennant tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Cattell has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  
Cattell lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Cattell holds on to his opponent.  Cattell leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Cattell walks Tennant down, trapping him in the corner.  Cattell drives a right uppercut into Tennant's body.  
Cattell lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cattell gets on the inside.  Tennant tries to land a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Cattell lands a right hook to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  
Cattell lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Cattell connects with a left hook.  
Cattell closes the distance and digs in a left hook to Tennant's ribs.  
Tennant connects with a cross.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Tennant's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Cattell drives a right hook into Tennant's ribcage.  
Cattell is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Tennant is on target with a right uppercut.  
Tennant is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a jab.

Cattell gets on the inside.  Cattell sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Cattell lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Cattell knows Tennant is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Cattell lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND DROPS TENNANT TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Cattell!
