Rudi Laas vs Alrik Manderscheid

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Olimpiastadion Berlin, Berlin,  taking place on 27/09/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rudi Laas (29(21) - 4(3) - 1) who hails from Chemnitz, Germany and Alrik Manderscheid(15 - 11 - 2) from Berlin, Germany.  Both Laas and Manderscheid weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Einhard Stueve, and the three ringside judges are Humberto Schaffter, Neffe Justus and Milo Schemm.  

Round 1: 

Laas hits home with a right uppercut.  Laas holds on to his opponent.  Laas is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Laas lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Laas ties up his opponent.  Laas is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Laas is on target with a weighty right uppercut to Manderscheid's ribcage.  IT LOOKS LIKE MANDERSCHEID WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Laas holds on to his opponent.  Laas pushes his forearm into Manderscheid's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  Manderscheid recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Laas lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Laas lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  Laas tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Laas drives a left uppercut into Manderscheid's liver.  
Laas hits home with a sharp left hook.  Laas ties up his opponent.  Laas is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Laas to stop fouling.  
Laas lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Laas lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Laas lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Laas holds on to his opponent.  Laas leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Laas pushes his forearm into Manderscheid's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Laas lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He then lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Laas manages to force Manderscheid into the corner.  Laas lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Laas lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Laas lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Laas lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Laas lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Laas manages to force Manderscheid into a neutral corner.  Laas lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Laas clinches his opponent.  Laas leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Laas snaps his opponents head back with a ramrod jab.  
Laas lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Laas is on target with a jab.  
Laas advances into close range and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Laas lands a solid right hook.  
Laas lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Laas digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Manderscheid attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Laas's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Laas lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Laas clinches his opponent.  Laas leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Laas lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Laas lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, DROPPING MANDERSCHEID TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 8.  Manderscheid quickly recovers. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Manderscheid's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Laas lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Laas is on target with a right hook.  
Manderscheid gets on the inside.  Laas lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Laas holds on to his opponent.  Laas tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Manderscheid behind the head. Manderscheid almost instantly recovers. 
Laas gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head, AND DROPS MANDERSCHEID TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 8.  
Laas knows Manderscheid is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Laas lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS MANDERSCHEID SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 7.  
It looks like Manderscheid has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Manderscheid drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Laas lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Laas clinches his opponent.  Laas leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Laas tries to land a left hook, but Manderscheid blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Laas lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Laas sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Laas lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Laas sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Laas walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Laas is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Laas connects with a left hook.  
Laas advances into close range and lands a left hook.  
Laas lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Laas is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Laas connects with a DEVASTATING right uppercut.  MANDERSCHEID IS DOWN!  THE REF STOPS THE FIGHT!  HE DOES NOT BELIEVE MANDERSCHEID CAN CONTINUE!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Laas!
