David Mulloy vs Michael Scroggs

Boxing Daily Report from the High Stake Promtions promoted show at Eastside High School, Paterson,  taking place on 09/09/2036:

Clearly High Stake Promtions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-New Jersey Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Mulloy (7 - 7(3) - 1) who hails from Newark, USA and Michael Scroggs(12 - 15(1) - 4) from Jersey City, USA.  Mulloy weighed in at 135 pounds, while Scroggs weighed in at 134 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Cody Normand, and the three ringside judges are Lee Bowell, Robert Dalton and Sid Kellison.  

Round 1: 

Mulloy advances into close range.  Scroggs drives a left uppercut into Mulloy's body.  
Mulloy steps inside.  Scroggs pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into Mulloy's body.  
Mulloy steps inside.  Scroggs hits home with a left uppercut.  
Scroggs is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Scroggs is on target with a cross.  
Scroggs digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Scroggs throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Mulloy to the neutral corner.  He lectures Scroggs but does not take away a point.  
Mulloy sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab.
