George Fairweather vs Davie McFarland

Boxing Daily Report from the Jamin Promotions promoted show at Columbus Humphreys, Columbus,  taking place on 08/09/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Ohio Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are George Fairweather (26 - 15(3) - 1) who hails from Columbus, USA and Davie McFarland(7 - 16(2) - 3) from Columbus, USA.  Fairweather weighed in at 135 pounds, while McFarland weighed in at 135 pounds and 15 ounces.    As McFarland came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Chris Permenter, and the three ringside judges are Spencer Tighe, John Profit and Jamie Sheedy.

Fairweather lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  Fairweather ties up his opponent.  McFarland leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
