Lewis Iddrisu vs Billy Frimpong

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing 2.0 promoted show at Accra International Conference Centre, Accra,  taking place on 06/09/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Lewis Iddrisu (10(3) - 0) who hails from Takoradi, Ghana and Billy Frimpong(17 - 9(2) - 5) from Accra, Ghana.  Both Iddrisu and Frimpong weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kabonesa Kotei, and the three ringside judges are Ben Mayat, Trory Sribor and Quintavius Akrobettoe.  

Round 1: 

Frimpong throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Iddrisu steps inside and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Iddrisu ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Iddrisu pushes his forearm into Frimpong's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Iddrisu forces Frimpong to retreat into a corner.  Iddrisu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a solid left uppercut into Frimpong's ribs.  
Iddrisu lands a big right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE FRIMPONG WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Iddrisu knows Frimpong is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Iddrisu lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head, KNOCKING FRIMPONG DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  Frimpong now seems to have his senses back.  
Iddrisu is on target with a solid left uppercut to Frimpong's liver.  
Frimpong attempts to land a jab, but Iddrisu dodges the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Iddrisu steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Iddrisu is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.

Iddrisu is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Iddrisu lands a MASSIVE right uppercut.  FRIMPONG IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Frimpong now seems to have got his legs back.
