Daichi Funai vs Hikaru Murano

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kyoto promoted show at Hotel Nikko Princess, Kyoto,  taking place on 01/09/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Kyoto Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daichi Funai (12(8) - 2(1)) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Hikaru Murano(28 - 8(3)) from Kyoto, Japan.  Funai weighed in at 167 pounds and 14 ounces, while Murano weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Naoki Tamashiro, and the three ringside judges are Jiro Sugimoto, Kazuhiko Ozawa and Yuji Ida.
