Elderson Shekoni vs Sajid Salim

Boxing Daily Report from the Adumensa Promotions promoted show at Maiduguri Ilonu, Maiduguri,  taking place on 31/08/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Borno State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elderson Shekoni (7 - 2 - 1) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Sajid Salim(22 - 11 - 3) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  Shekoni weighed in at 168 pounds, while Salim weighed in at 167 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gethin Rotimi, and the three ringside judges are Irfan Rahaim, Shehu Akande and Jay-Jay Elderson.  

Round 1:
