Rehman Abbasi vs Waqas Askerov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-East Azerbaijan promoted show at Tabriz Manafov, Tabriz,  taking place on 31/08/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Iran-East Azerbaijan Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rehman Abbasi (12(5) - 1 - 1) who hails from Tabriz, Iran and Waqas Askerov(20 - 1 - 1) from Tabriz, Iran.  Abbasi weighed in at 139 pounds and 12 ounces, while Askerov weighed in at 139 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Waleed Sadyhov, and the three ringside judges are Tariq Rahmani, Ahmed Rassi and Ibrahim Garakhanov.
