Marjun Batongmalaque vs Max Manasan

Boxing Daily Report from the Asian Boxing promoted show at Batangas City Caccam, Batangas City,  taking place on 30/08/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Batangas Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marjun Batongmalaque (24 - 6 - 2) who hails from Batangas City, Philippines and Max Manasan(6 - 9) from Batangas City, Philippines.  Batongmalaque weighed in at 160 pounds and 7 ounces, while Manasan weighed in at 160 pounds.    As Batongmalaque came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Lumala, and the three ringside judges are Denton Hinahon, Michael Macatuno and Diego Dacuno.
