Arnie Saunders vs Floyd Evans

Boxing Daily Report from the International Boxing Fight League promoted show at Silverboypromotions Gym, El Paso,  taking place on 12/09/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Arnie Saunders (4 - 0) who hails from El Paso, USA and Floyd Evans(4 - 8 - 1) from Los Angeles, USA.  Both Saunders and Evans weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Orlando Merlin, and the three ringside judges are Euan Bellis, James Curto and Brett Straney.  

Round 1: 

Saunders connects with a left uppercut.  
Saunders gets on the inside.  Saunders quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Evans tries to keep the action at long range.  Saunders quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a sharp overhand right.  
Saunders lands with a ramrod jab.  
Saunders lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Saunders hits home with a firm cross.  
Saunders lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Saunders is looking to close the distance.  Evans attempts to land a left uppercut, but Saunders parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Saunders feints a left, and then lands a left hook.  
Saunders manages to force Evans into the blue corner.  Saunders sidesteps to the left of his opponent andEvans wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Saunders dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Saunders lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Saunders tries to land a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Saunders gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Evans lands a jab.  
Saunders gets on the inside.  Saunders wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Evans dabs at his face checking for damage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Evans's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Evans's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.
